Parts Department

Both of our service departments rely on our parts department to supply them with the parts required to do these necessary repairs. This department is staffed by 4 factory-trained professionals with a combined experience of over 60 years. These technicians have the knowledge and experience to assist you with any part or system required to make your vehicle run smooth and keep it on the road or at the job site.

Our 4,500 sq. ft. warehouse contains 26 plus product lines that are distributed throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. This is a major challenge while assisting the many walk-in customers at our customer service counter. The parts team has been trained in problem solving and cross-referencing information between the many manufacturer’s of vehicle accessories and components.

This department also processes the factory warranty for all the product lines we represent which are installed on your vehicle either from new or as after market products.

With daily shipments in and out of our warehouse, we keep the products moving to you, which will reduce your down time.

Some of our distribution is controlled by our delivery team which is made up of three full time customer service professionals that are out every day on one of our 13 delivery routes. These routes run daily to deliver the products to your door free of charge. The scheduled routes are set throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey, from Williamsport, PA to Wilmington, DE and from Agusta, NJ to Camden, NJ covering all areas in between. We have the capabilities to make special arrangements for pick-up or delivery in addition to our regularly scheduled routes. All you have to do is request this service and we will be there.
