HK870 - EUI/EUP CAMBOX Test Kit

The HK870 has been designed to test electronic unit injectors, (EUI) and electronic unit pump (EUP) in conjunction with the Hartridge AVM2-PC (20 hp) Test Bench. The Hartridge philosophy is to test the unit injectors and pumps under conditions that closely match the production test and engine conditions. The AVM2-PC provides the interfaces for the HK870 test Kit, fuel measuring system, drive and flywheel capabilities necessary for current and future EUI & EUP’s.

CAMBOX Features:

Rigid cast iron housing mounted on standard Hartridge brackets.
Cam mounted on a “non-sticking” taper key, easy to change.
Robust manual clamping system
Access panel in Cam box cover for rapid cam changes
Safety cover with interlocked access doors to protect the operator
External oil supply not required

Injector Pulse Generation:
The pulse generators connect to the AVM2-PC and use well-proven Hartridge technologies to give the operator the facility to select:

Injector pulse width with resolution of 10 microseconds.
Injector driver voltage & current

Injector time delay These features ensure that the testing parameters match the injector requirements to ensure a high quality test result. Common items are supplied separately.
