HF 1130 - All Makes Pump Test Kit
 

The All Makes CR Pump kit has been designed to provide the diesel fuel service network with a
comprehensive CR pump test capability.

The main features of the HF1130 are:

  • Tests CR pump flow over the full operating range.
  • Enables pump solenoid resistance checks.
  • Facilitates precise open loop current setting of pump solenoid.
  • Allows independent current setting of up to two pump solenoids – this meets the requirements of all.
  • Adjustable solenoid supply voltage.
  • Adjustable pulse width modulation frequency.
HF1130 Common Rail Pump Test Kit

This kit is to be used with the AVM2-PC (20hp) in conjunction with the HB378 or HB378(W) Universal CR Base Kit. AVM2-PC Test Bench’s prior to Version 32 software will require HB374 Software Upgrade to be installed (TIB185 series).

Low specification kits are also available, because for those work shops using the HF137 In-Line & Rotary kit as the drive couplings and mounting plates are common.
