GIBSON Performance strives to give our customers the highest quality products available. GIBSON Performance warrants all products sold within the United States to be free of defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original consumer/purchaser for the original vehicle that the product was installed on and has a limited lifetime warranty provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use of service and is not modified or changed in any way. GIBSON’s liability should be limited to the repair, adjustment and/or replacement of defective parts and shall not exceed the cost of non-conforming products.

GIBSON Performance will not be responsible for any of the following: freight charges, labor charges, incurred to remove or install the equipment, inconveniences or consequential damages due to the failure of the product, personal property or other expenses.

GIBSON Performance does not cover any of its products that are damaged by backfire, incorrect timing or tuning, improper installation, external heat wrap products, accidents, or abuse, or engines not in proper condition or use with lead fuel, visual rust or rust-through. Not covered and not limited to are vehicles equipped with non-factory super chargers, turbo chargers, or nitrous oxide. Damage or defects from collision, improper installation, off-road or competition use will further void this warranty. Chrome plated items carry no warranty, other than to be free of defects in material and workmanship at time of purchase. Gaskets, bolts, hangers, cosmetic appearance, paint and internal rust are not covered under this warranty. All stainless steel products are covered under this warranty for external rust-through.

GIBSON Performance cannot assume responsibility for mufflers meeting individual customer preference or the specific sound ordinances in any city, county and/or state.

GIBSON reserves the right to make changes in design, materials, and specifications or to make product changes as deemed necessary without prior notice. Every effort has been made to avoid errors, however, if there are any specification or printing errors, we must disclaim responsibility.
