BD Power Exhaust Systems

Dodge Exhaust
	1994-99 Dodge Ram's BD has 2 kits available. The most popular kit is the rear portion, which replaces the stock 3" system from the cat to the tail pipe. The high flow 4" Big Mac Muffler slips onto the 4" mandrel bent over the axle pipe and is finished with a chrome tail pipe extension. Sounds tough but classic and improves the turbo response. The other kit is the front portion of the system from the turbo to the Cat in 4" pipe. When you combine both kits you will open the system for optimum turbo performance. 1989-93 Dodge Ram’s The 3.5" over- the- axle pipe and low restriction muffler is a 100% improvement over the stock exhaust system. If you have a 4x4, there is also an intermediate pipe that has mandrel bends to route around the transfer case for smooth quick exhaust flow.

The 3.5" over- the- axle pipe and low restriction muffler is a 100% improvement over the stock exhaust system. If you have a 4x4, there is also an intermediate pipe that has mandrel bends to route around the transfer case for smooth quick exhaust flow.

Ford Exhaust
Ford 1999-02 PowerStrokes New 4" turbo down pipes are the standard at BD. Designed to allow the turbo to respond quickly at the bottom end and reduce exhaust gas temperatures. With high exhaust temperatures that occur under load, the Exhaust Pipe Kit allows for higher flow once the engine is at higher rpm. Installation should be matched with a higher flow air filter and for maximum improvements the Xtream SS air intake system is available. Ford 1994-02 PowerStrokes Four-inch Cat back systems are available.

	Diesel engines need plenty of air to produce power and proper emissions. When you are pulling up a hill or accelerating, a high flow exhaust is critical for good engine performance. Duramax The DuraMax engine is a high speed diesel that needs to breath. Increasing the exhaust to a 4" mandrel bent system with a high flow muffler improves the turbo response. Quiet, there is a DuraMax running. 6.5L GMC On the original 6.5 engine, the turbo down pipe is attached and results in a crushed pipe. On the original 6.5 exhaust, there are flow restrictions at the turbo outlet pipe and in the muffler. The rest of the pipe is usually only a 2.75" diameter. Our 3" and 4" full mandrel bent aluminized pipe corrects the problem. Giving the engine what it needs, improved turbo response and high airflow ability. High flow air filters are recommended to complete these performance kits.
